I hired TJHughes to flatten out my garden; they did a great job and certainly deserve a full five-star rating. They were attentive to my requests and provided valuable advice including guidance on hiring the right machinery for the job. Despite a slight miscalculation on the initial soil skip estimate, their expertise and hard work made the whole project smooth and efficient. So, they have my highest recommendation.
As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. I pride myself on excellent customer service and working to a very high standard. I have been plastering for over 25 years and originally started out working for my fathers company doing a time served apprenticeship before setting up my own business. Great service - good communication and job well done
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
Painting and decorating services offered with making good plastering undertaken , if needed . Spray painting also available. Also now , I have a team of kitchen fitters who have joined me , if you need this service, please contact me .
Gary worked well and is fast/tidy. The job was to fill and paint three outside windows. I would hire again for other work.
