Brilliant! They emailed me a competitive quote straight away and arranged to do the job the next day. Steve was great and really helpful, totally trustworthy - I felt comfortable leaving him in the flat while I went out to buy something he had recommended that I needed and had researched where I should buy it from! i have since used silk Electricians again and Steve's number is in my phone for any future electrical issues. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Rang quite quickly and arranged to come around on a weekend, unfortunately I had to work so had to cancel but they were very understanding. Then my dad made a surprise visit and did the plastering for me, so I didn't actually use them. I was impressed with the speed of the phone call and the very professional attitude when I had to cancel.
