Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. We never use a nail where a bolt or screw will do better, because it lasts longer that way! With 30 years in the trade behind me we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to get you the best materials and reasonable prices. I am extremely pleased with GHS who recently renovated our patio. The existing concrete slabs had sunk in many places, producing an uneven surface that ponded when it rained and caused a trip hazard. GHS lifted the slabs, compacted the underlay and relaid the slabs on a new mortar base, giving us a smooth patio without trip hazards which now drains effectively. GHS carried out the work quickly and efficiently and were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend them.
