Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.

Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. We agreed a new time and date at his request but he didn't turn up till 24 hours after the new time, and called me "rude" when I told him I wasn't interested if he can't keep his own appointments.
