They are very professional, took time to talk through what was required and afterwards went through the operation of the new system & certification. To top it all they are friendly and courteous.
They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Ray is a really thorough tradesman. He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. He also looked at everything in properly which I liked and I gave him the job. My instincts were great and he has communicated with me really well throughout the process and his paper work was great. His workmanship is excellent and he tidies up everything and left everything clean and tidy.
