Pete arranged to come and give me a quote within a day and the reasonable quote arrived the same evening with a comprehensive explanation. He also arranged to come and do the work quickly and turned up promptly, was friendly, helpful and completed the work to a very high standard. I would certainly use Pete again and am very happy to recommend him

Chris The Locksmith rang me within minutes of putting my job on the board which he discussed and gave me a price over the phone. We agreed on that and he was here within the hour from Nuneaton which must be 30 plus miles away. He looked at the door mechanism and kept adjusting until he was completely satisfied. He also could see the door was not hung correctly and adjusted it accordingly.He was very professional, friendly would recommend highly.

Simon did an excellent job on the wardrobes. He removed and replaced double slidding built-in wardrobes from one room into another. Dedicated, honest and polite. Very happy with the work. Saved the contacts and will using their services often.

Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!
