Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Sam helped us identify the best solution for our house, we now have a lovely new boiler, new radiator and 2 thermostats/zones. The technicians were so efficient, polite and helpful, they finished quickly without any time wasting and left everything clean and tidy behind them. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.
