Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Ray is a really thorough tradesman. He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. He also looked at everything in properly which I liked and I gave him the job. My instincts were great and he has communicated with me really well throughout the process and his paper work was great. His workmanship is excellent and he tidies up everything and left everything clean and tidy.
