Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Honestly, for the first time since I hired many persons even from rated. Benjamin turned out the best. He never give up and find some solution if any issues occur. Trevor made an excellent job of decorating the entrance hall and upstairs landing. He was extremely professional and friendly and left the place neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
