I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Paul is friendly and full of great design ideas. His approach is very collaborative and he spends a lot of time listening to the needs of the client and using this info to influence his final design. I would definitely recommend Paul Harris Design.

Ardian did a great job to build two wall cabinets for us. He provided us with an excellent quote and we were very pleased with his professionalism. I can recommend him without any hesitation.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

I requested a painting job with a number of different colours, and other extra requests. They did a great job, they were very swift, and they left the place immaculately tidy. Can really recommend them

Honestly, for the first time since I hired many persons even from rated. Benjamin turned out the best. He never give up and find some solution if any issues occur.
