A very professional job, Luke and John worked tirelessly .They were very neat and tidy, keeping everywhere clean with covers and sheets. The level of craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Lewis, came and did the work very quickly. It took just over 1 day to re-board and plaster the kitchen due to water damage. He was on time, very friendly and very competitive with his quote. His work was very good. Highly recomended

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Wayne fitted a chrome radiator for me. His quote was by far the best and his workmanship was excellent, he turned up on time did the work and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to hire him for future work, one very pleased customer. Thank you Wayne.

Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Left flat clean and tidy, did an excellent job and really happy with the standard of work. Highly recommended.

Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.

An excellent job, let down only slightly by taking too much time to get the job right. I would certainly recommend SMG if you want craftsmanship quality.
