Tony did some carpentry, assembled flat-pack furniture and redecorated a room for me within the agreed time and budget. He was pro-active in coming up with solutions, pleasant to work with and reliable. Would definitely work with him again. Thank you Tony.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Clayton helped me find a new solution (tiles) and offered excellent advise throughout. I also found him friendly and easy to get on with and am happy to recommend him to anyone. Chloe

Nick and Dave were a real pleasure to have around. They were very understanding when we changed our minds, they looked for solutions to difficult situations, extremely tidy and excellent work. We are already using them again for other work around the house. Highly recommend!

The plumber called within 30 minutes of me posting the job despite snow being on the road. The quote was fair and work was started the next day at 8.00am.The job was more complicated than I had thought at first and the radiator was not a straightforward swap. The system had to be drained down and the pipework modified. Furthermore, the bathroom taps did not have isolating valves on them as I had been told by the person who had put the bath in. The quote remained the same despite lots of extra work. A1 work!

ADS Build Ltd Company has done to me two works perfectly with a high quality and good timing. Andrew was also honest in detecting a miscalculation of the total amount of money and asked me to pay him £300 less. "Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. I will have no hesitation at all getting him back to carry out other works. I have piping hot water again. Thank you very much.

Andrei and his father built some shelves in my lounge and fixed, patched-up and repainted my kitchen ceiling. I was really impressed with both jobs. The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day and were very friendly and personable. Also good on price. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Not to mention the amazing job he did on our kitchen tiles - which were not easy as the tiles were not all equal sizes! But Vladimir's talent has made my kitchen shine! Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola
