Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

Joseph carried out a bathroom refresh for me which I’m very happy with. His work was of good quality, he was communicative and gave advice on what might work well as we went through. Our conservatory and kitchen floor upgrade was complted to a very high standard (and I am not easily pleased!) All of the professionals that were used to build, tile, plaster and plumb were all really nice, very professional and did an amazing job. Due to the age of our house we needed additional electrical work to accomodate building regulations, there was a leak in our dishwasher that we never knew about until the original tiling on the floor was lifted and due to the size of the room our patio supporting was needed moving. All of these additional jobs were completed as part of the build which made my life alot easier. I am sitting in my conservatory now writing this recommendation with a very big smile.
