Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.
