Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. The work is of a very high standard and completed within two days, I would definately recommend Ryan for any of you building requirements

From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. I left them to it and by late afternoon my job was done exactly to my requirements and to the amount agreed. They made sure that I was happy with the progress and quality at regular intervals. Great service with a great end result. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any general construction work I need.

Advanced construction is a small company based in Iver Buckinghamshire. We have been trading since 1992. We specialise in all types of building works. New build houses/ Extensions/Conversions/Refurbishment We all specialise in all sorts of landscaping ie patios-driveways We have our own plant .mini digger’s and dumpers etc. We quite often dig foundation and driveways for people, even if they want to carry on and finish their selves. Same goes for extensions We do all ground works, build shell and put roofs on, then client may want to take over at that stage. We are pretty flexible. Mike came out quoted and was able to get a team together to start 3 days later, took them two days to clear a garden, rip out large tree stumps, old fence panels and posts, level the area ready for seeding, got another two days of final leveling the two gardens together, good workers, thanks Mike and Reg! Missus is happy she has her blank canvas now ready for her garden ideas.
