George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. 3 stars for Ahmad + crew for quality work and professionalism. They went above and beyond, moving flooring from the kerb to our apartment and shifting furniture. Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Ahmad has promised to return, and I am waiting for that final visit. When Ahmad comes back and finishes these bits, I will elevate this to the 5 stars he deserves for his excellent work and attitude.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!
I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.
