Colin of CB Roofing carried out a really excellent repair on my roof as water was coming through the bedroom ceiling. He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. He is very hard working and knowledgeable and he turned up on time and quoted me a very competitive price for the repair. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.

Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.
