AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease.
