We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. I was contacted immediately following my request for a quote and Sami from Rr started the job within a few days...the day that suited best. Sami was very professional and always polite and friendly. He worked hard and explained what he was doing and completed the job a little earlier than was thought initially. His paint work is excellent and he tidied everything up afterwards. I would definetely be happy for Sami to do any other work again.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
