George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
