George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. I posted the job with my budget when Shane arrived (several hours later than he initially specified) his quote was significantly higher than my budget so the work never took place. He later revised the quote so I booked him for the job. He never showed up on the revised date, rescheduled and never showed up again and didn't return my messages. A complete waste of my time.
