Amazing service from these guys! Really happy from start to finish - they came round to do a quote the same morning I posted the job, and started clearing my garden pretty much straight away. It was no easy job - thick brambles and completely overgrown borders, not to mention the uncut grass. They worked SO hard (even through the rain) and made sure I was happy before moving on to the front garden. Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!

They said the work would be £14000,if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them. A very nice, tidy job completed by Dale and his buddy. They fixed a roller blind, an outside storage door and some chest of drawers in the bedroom. Also tightened up a few niggly items in the kitchen. There are a few other areas that require attention around the house and we will certainly look to use their services again.
