Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. ( well done Kevin ) Job done, and also now have a gas safe guy I can call on for any future work ( already got a job lined up for Kevin ) I'm bumping the rating up to 10 stars.. 5 isn't enough. Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.
