Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Communication was excellent – he kept me informed throughout, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I was happy at every stage. He supplied and fitted an interior bedroom door upstairs, including hinges, handle, and lock, and did so to a very high standard. Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

BDS did a brilliant job, and responded quickly after I put out job. . Currys men (2) said that they were unable to remove washing machine without taking up work surface. This I refused, One person from BDS easily took out old machine and installed new machine connecting it to both electrics and water supply. Job cost just £4 more than Currys had charged. Man was courteous, mindful of my property I can not recommend BDS highly enough.
