Michael was nothing short of amazing! He was friendly and extremely efficient in the work he did, he took pride in his work asking for it to be checked and ensuring I was happy with it before leaving. Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. Simply brilliant. Dan didn't just show up on time, he showed up early (and early in the day as well) so we could get on with the rest of our morning. He brought the parts just based on the picture which speaks to experience and even when he needed to swap a part, was able to do it as soon as a nearby shop opened. His work was very tidy (I've had a couple of people sort out the same problem before) and he was clearly knew what he was doing. Very, very pleased.

BEST Electrical called us within minutes of me posting a request for a electrician and arranged a suitable time for all to carry out the work. Extra work was required as a result of the inspection and BEST Electrical were very understanding of our needs to get the work done quickly and arranged to come early the following day to carry out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending BEST Electrical, and will use them in the future and have already told my friends so they can use him as well. Excellent.
