George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
Simon was absolutely fantastic. Not only was his quality of work fantastic, he was the best price by a country mile. Really friendly, personable and was constantly cleaning up after himself as to not make a mess. He delivered exactly what he said he would in the time promised, and when it was all said and done the final charge came in under his quote.
