I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Full front elevation repoint and repair of stone work. Along with a strip & rebuild of part of our front wall. Then a rebuild of of the front steps due to partial collapse. A first class job done by R Clark and Sons, everything from the initial quote to completion. As this was also our first use of Rated People I will highly recommend them. Very pleased all round.

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.
