Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Patrick messaged within minutes of me Posting the job. It was agreed he would attend the property the following day. Patrick called me the day of the appointment to update me as to when he would arrive. He also advised of a few options available for the repair to the ridge without pushing any hard sale. I also asked if they would also be able to repair the edge of the roof and fit plastic edging. A price was agreed and the job was completed to an extremely high standard within a few hours. the pavement stone work was fine, but the cladding stones are falling off. I thought it was just few, but now I have at least five pieces falling off.
