Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He's a middle man; does not do any work; got others to do it like a plumber, then a tiler the next day; slow work made worse when someone messed up or did not show up. Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Materials I paid not returned; take every receipt and check you keep/use every item as he will even for wipes/tape

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

Mariusz came to give us a quote for complete strip out and refit of small bathroom. We already had an idea of how the new bathroom should look and had chosen almost all the new fittings, etc. Mariusz suggested a completely new layout, which we would never have thought of and many different fittings. We decided to go with Mariusz's layout and many of his suggestions for the fittings. The finished bathroom is absolutely outstanding and beyond our expectations. Mariusz is truly a master craftsman.
