Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. We hired Dave for the plumbing on the renovation of our new house. This included new radiators, new boiler (fitted by another gassafe plumber not Dave as he's not registered), fit new downstairs loo, fit new bathroom, and due to complications new cylinder and pumps. We thought we had a good relationship with Dave as he turned up on time, worked hard and seemed conscientious. The problems started after the job had finished and he had been paid in full. The hot water system was still not commissioned (I shouldn't have paid him until this had been done, but I've learned now), and more worryingly the boiler had not been commissioned. There was also a leak from the downstairs wc sink. These were to be completed by Dave on the last day but he never turned up and a series of excuses ended up with Dave never coming back. Two days after moving in a wet patch appeared on the kitchen ceiling and progressively got worse. We tried to call Dave but by now he had decided not to answer our calls. He did agree to pay for another plumber to complete/fix the job. To date we've not seen a penny. We got the leak fixed which was caused by bad soldering under the shower tray. We had to contact Gas Safe to get Dave to respond to our request for getting the boiler and hot water working, and eventualy the boiler fitter came out (and even thought Dave was out of his depth on the job). He even said he was trying to contact us to arrange this but Dave told him he didnt have our number, which is a lie as he has it stored in is phone under don't answer! Now, we've noticed another leak in the lounge ceiling. I would call Dave but he wouldn't answer, and I wouldn't want him anywhere near this house again. Since moving we've noticed that the standard of workmanship is poor on the bathroom fittings, shower enclosure and bathtaps (set in wall), which are now leaking and finished messily. Again we're getting another plumber to fix this and will be sending the bill to Dave - which he's agreed to pay but I've not seen it yet. Rest assured Dave, I will be taking this to the small claims court as it costs me nothing through my home insurance. In summary, Dave seems like a lovely guy, but in reality is not up to the job and is not good to his word. Assuming his excuses are true its still no reason to treat people like this.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.

NOT to be trusted . Turned up measured up over 2 months ago . Requested £300 to cover the cost of the UVPC pillars saying they would be back a week later. Said the materials weren’t in and would be in touch . Lots of txts etc trying to progress but no progress. Now trying to get my money back but not responding to calls messages or e mails. Need removing from this site .
They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

These have done an amazing job. Came and quoted, with dates for us to agree upon. They turned up bright and early as discussed and worked really hard. They had a tough base to work from and I couldn't be happier. All paint work is to a high standard and they left my house tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Also I really appreciated them working with us to ensure they wernt working in rooms we needed to use and to check we were happy with their work. Would definitely recommend and use again.
