The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Claudiu initially came to tile my bathroom, my own builder let us down, and so Claudiu also fitted a new radiator and all of the bathroom appliances and furniture. His work was excellent, and at the end of everyday he ensured that any waste or rubbish was cleared away. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
