matt did kitchen worktops for me. his work is to the highest standard, and i shall not hesitate in calling him again. as a local builder myself i shall recommend him to others. the job i asked him to do for me, was not straight forward, quite a few complications, but he overcame them all to do an excellent job.

very good, they were on time, and they even waited for me to go to Ikea and get an extra part due to Ikea missing parts in the package. Would definitely recommend their services.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Very pleasant to deal with, really nice team who took the time to understand what we wanted and completed the job on time and in good fashion. When an unexpected cost came up (checking the flooring) they gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the matter swiftly. Very much recommended.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Terry and Glen laid laminate flooring in our hallway and dining room and floor tiles in the kitchen. we are really pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending TDM to family and friends. we could find no fault with thier workmanship, reliability and the price was reasonable. all in all 100 per cent satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Gary made an excellent job of laying laminate flooring and replacing all the skirting boards in two rooms. Very pleasant to deal with and tidied up after himself too! Very reasonable price and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Built fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom, in the front room Jonas built a cupboard with book shelves in the alcove. Has done a suburb job (as well as being a really nice chap), the pricing was right and will be bringing him back to do further work in the house in due course. Thank you Jonas!

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Fantastic to meet Richard, we met lots of potential trades people for our hallway storage cupboard job. He was definitely the best. Had great ideas, was very thorough in the planning stages and very patient with my husband and i who take a while to make decisions! We have ended up with storage that is beautiful, well built and perfect for our needs. Richard was v helpful with a few other issues we had in the house too.
