My garden had got so overgrown and was, quite frankly, a bit of an embarrassment.These guys did a fantastic job sorting it out and so quickly as well - I called to arrange on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able to complete the job by the time I was back from work the next day. We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.
