Excellent work carried out by Sean to first remove the old ceiling and then replace and skim it. Made a great job of the additional window work that needed doing and did some other additional skimming to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. What an absolute star! Lawrence gave me a good quote, insisted on clear communication using both phone and email. When the job needed extra materials (it was surprisingly large) Lawrence was open and clear about what it would cost. Amazingly, he still managed to complete the job in the three days initially quoted - remarkable! I was kept informed about each stage of the job and given options for these. The work is very well finished and has been highly approved by all the stakeholders in this job.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
