Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

I have never such an honest and relyable tradesman as Gerry. He is a total perfectionist and takes great pride in his work.He does not cut corners when it comes the job, but is also does not over price or add any extra costs onto the job. I have recomended Gerry to my friends, and I will definatly ask him to do other jobs for me in the future.

Very fair price and excellent quality works. Also very kind and patient with advises and recommendations on how to sort out different DIY works not related with works carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Extraordinary plasterer, on time prepares area to be worked on well works tirelessly and not only completes job on time but also to a very high standard .. finished effectively 4 bedrooms, large hallway in just over 2 days .. also helped repair some damaged walls in living room at no extra charge.. will definitely use again ..

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Excellent work to a high standard. As our property is listed the build needed to blend in seamlessly which was done perfectly. Delighted with all aspects of the build including timekeeping and attention detail - such as screening off the rest of the house to prevent dust spreading, and tidying up afterwards. Great job!
