I am extremely happy with the excellent work completed by Shaun and his team. The job was extremely challenging and required serious structural support work, building a new roof, plastering, fixing brick work and dismantling and then re-fitting a kitchen. The lads always arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do and took only 4 days from start to finish to carry out all of the work. The lads were really friendly and all rubbish was taken away. I couldnt recommend them highly enough

Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Although it took longer than expected they battled on sticking to the estimate and made what could have been a nightmare into an enjoyable experience and left behind a magnificent wall.

Mirror Finish Plastering is a company since 1992. Since serving my time as a qualified plasterer, which i won apprentice of the year in Sunderland in 1991, my business has grown from strength to strength. Owning several houses of my own in the rental market, I also work for many Landlors over the years. Not only do I do my own plastering, I do everything that`s needed to do before the tenant moves in: incl. joinery, electrics and gas (which does require the need of a qualified gas engineer and electrician to sign off the work that I do). I pride myself for my timekeeping and punctuality. Once I start a job, I always stay on it, till it´s complete, before I move onto the next one. But the biggest pride I have is, after 29 years of plastering, I have always had a great response from all my customers and NEVER had a call back. Thanks for reading my review and hope to do business with you in the near future David

Excellent job, 10 out of 10! As a landlady I had few plasterers working for me, David is the best. His work, knowledge (all sorts of building issues) and attitude are more than just professional. To find one person for all of the jobs saves not just money but time and hassle. I will definitely work with him in the future
