Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

Zeshan was a real pleasure to deal with, he turned up on time and didn't leave till I was entirely happy. Don't be puttoff by the fact he has just started he's on his way to been a brilliant decorator.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Sam, who runs this business, has worked for me over many months, mainly as a carer for my 93 year old mother, but also cleaning. I cannot fault her attitude, professionalism and quality of care. John and his hard-working team quoted for a job to clear our overgrown garden and relay membranes underneath gravel. Turned up when he said he would, stuck to quoted amount exactly (which was inside my original budget). Task completed exactly as I described even though I wasn't there to oversee on the day. Easy to deal with, reliable, trustworthy, can't ask for much more in the situation at all.
