I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. When you are spending your hard earned money you probably like me get a little nervous wondering whether you have hired the right people. Well rest assured hire Tony Darker, John, Dj and Eric was a great decision. These lads are unbelievable. Their work is spot on, punctuality is perfect and you will not meet a more polite team of workers. Nothing was to much trouble and they run you through every stage of the process. I had my front, side and rear garden paved and it is absolutely spot on. Well done lads

This is the first time I've dealt with Phil Farleys establishment and I must truly say this mans workmanship is fantastic, finished on time and the quality work was very to a very high standard. Gary provided a quote and completed the job quickly, like we needed. Keeping me informed of when he would be arriving etc. The work to remove an old concrete garden fixture was completed to a high standard & everything was taken out, despite the fixture being quite deep with a lot of rock to remove. The area was left neat and tidy. Gary also came back to provide a temporary flag covering to keep everything safe until I could arrange a longer term replacement / fitting in it's place. Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!

The Most excellent gardener I've had the pleasure to employ. Does everything you need and more. A real treasure. My garden needed a complete blitz and with careful weeding in between my existing plants and thinning them out Formby Garden & Maintenance have managed a miracle and created a garden out of a jungle. Very reliable and totally trustworthy. What a refreshing change.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
