George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I had reason to engage R W property mainteance to carry out some work on my roof on the 16 April. Robert turned up on time to do the work and left on completion. A few days later I discoverd the satelite dish receiver was damaged at the point where Robert erected his ladder to gain access to the roof. and the receiver had been tapped back onto the satelite support arm. Despite sending Robert messages to call me regarding this matter no reply haSbeen received to date.

Andy and his team did an excellent job replacing my laminate flooring. They worked very hard on both days they were at the house and the standard of work was top notch. Very pleased with the flooring and would highly recommend this tradesman.
An extremely professional job completed by a really nice chap who worked industriously over the 3 days. I am not even sure if he had a lunch break! Gary’s communication initially was good and we agreed terms and what was needing done. The work that was carried out when he attended was good and he done a good job of it however it was raining on the day and he wasn’t able to apply the weedkiller. Since then I’ve asked him several times to come back and do this and been told he would come on a specific date and hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t been back in touch with me to arrange a date to complete this which is disappointing. Other than this the work was good
