James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. He's punctual, reliable, trustworthy and does a terrific job. Thank you James!

griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

Janez responded really quickly and was able to locate materials at a competitive price and was able to start the next day. He also took a great deal of trouble to deliver the materials himself when he found the shop could only do next day. He stayed in touch regularly throughout and I'm happy to go back to him again with other work in the near future many thanks

Very nice to work with a tradesman who makes intelligent design solutions, has good communication skills and works neatly. I'm very pleased with Paul's work. Plus he has a charming way of thinking measurements and next steps out loud, and singing along from time to time. Hesitate to give 5 stars as it may mean he's too busy to do more work for me...
