West Renovate & Refurbish are a small family-run building firm with a growing client base across Herts, Beds and Cambs. Since the company was established in 2011, we have successfully completed a number of large-scale property refurbishments for clients, and in between these we have undertaken a wide range of smaller domestic building jobs such as kitchen and bathroom fitting. The company is led by Malcolm West, who has gained a wealth of experience in building since 2004, and has specialised in Carpentry since 2009. We had a new conservatory installed and needed the base tiling. I used rated people to advertise the job and GPC came in first with a fair price. They arrived dead on time and they did a high precision job. The positioning of the tiles is geometrically perfect and completely level. They left the site clean and tidy too. Highly recommended.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.
