Friendly, professional and excellent. Platinum plastered my kitchen walls at short notice. They worked cleanly, left my home spotless and were very respectful of it at all times. They aren't just plasterers though, and I will be asking them to quote later on this year for a specialist wall finish instead of tiling the walls. Very impressed nd so glad to have found them. Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. Has a great demeanour which for a lady alone and the very very wrong side of 21 is very important. I asked a lot of questions all answered without hesitation. Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.
