I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Excellent company, meticulous, trustworthy and of high quality. I would definitely recommend them to others including friends and family.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

We would highly recommend Mircea to anyone seeking plastering services. He was quick to survey and provide a cost without being pushy. Work commenced shortly afterwards with Mircea arriving on time and working a long couple of days. Clean, tidy, reliable and an excellent standard of work. Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration.
