People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of. Fred's work in laying bathroom floor tiles was excellent. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond, eg. Adding extra plywood to floor as parts were rotting, installing new pipework joints as mine was leaking, cut down bathroom door to make sure it fit. He left the area spotless when finished. I would 100% hire Fred again and would definately recommend his work.
