Wow - this was not what I was expecting- although on paper it was a simple job, Paul used a great deal of expertise, including laser technology. The end result is absolutely fantastic - Paul doesn't really need the ratings as he could easily fill up the next ten years with Big Projects - but it is the care in the small things that counts, plus Paul asked for less than originally quoted. I have only used Rated People twice and both times have had an excellent experience.

More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . I would definately recommend Ian and Annette for their tradesmanship, reliability and efficiency. They fitted a new shower unit, toilet,vanity unit and radiator plus re-tiled the walls and floor in my bathroom , they gave advice and direction with every step, all the old appliances were removed and disposed of.
