Terry,+++++++++++ supported by Lance St John attended daily and worked to a pre arranged schedule. Their approach was professional, they were courteous, reliable timekeepers, the work place was kept tidy, their attention to detail was exemplorary, the quality of finish superb. Terry managed the procurement of supplies and the attendance of skilled tradesman i.e. bricklayers, electrician, plumber as required without any undue delays. We would have no hesitation in recommending him, We will use him again!

An excellent response and turn around time, I had an issue with a cemented and corroded old pipe, Louis replaced and sealed it all back after going to collect the correct part form a local trader. He also advised me on future renovations and showed me images of work before and after. I will be booking him again...Thanks!

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Andy's workmanship is commendable. Andy is very thorough, likes to get 'Everything' right, Andy even waited to see if the appliance works! I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a reliable tradesman.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. Omar’s work is outstanding. He is reliable and has a fantastic eye for details and overall aesthetic as an experienced painter and decorator. I had him paint my kitchen and he went over and beyond expectations ! After he discovered that the walls of dining area in the kitchen were not an ideal state, he put in extra effort to make good on it at no extra cost. I am over the moon with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend him. I can guarantee you will not regret it!
