Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. Phase Electrical DCI did an excellent job installing an Zappi charger. The install was done very neatly and quickly. I can't fault communication either; emails were promptly answered. All in all the best experience I've had not rated people.
