Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Genuinely haven’t encountered a better tradesman and I’ve refurbished a fair few houses. Michal has turned up when he said he would, his work is immaculate, he is tidy, clean and diligent. He also took the time to flag a potential wet rot issue - which he could have ignored. In many years of dealing with trades I have genuinely been delighted with Michal and am happy to recommend.
