CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.

Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great. I put out a request for a plumber as I wasn't confident in doing it myself as i was changing a toilet with a concealed cistern to a toilet with bidet.. Sam responded almost immediately and came round to have a look and emailed me a quote the same day..It wasn't as straight forward as first thought but Sam was so patient with the job and wouldn't finish till he was satisfied (and me too). He also honoured the original figure in the quote.A good honest and hardworking bloke.. Would highly recommend!
