Ali only shows to deliver materials or check work. Quick to reply when wanting the job. Slow/no response once job starts thinking you wont cancel. Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

Dave has done a great job here today, and I have asked him back to do even more for us. The front driveway, side, and rear patio areas are nice and clear now of the extensive weed growth endemic in this area. The 3ft high grass in our back garden is back to a decent length and next time will be making the garden look like the beautiful garden again it once was! Sadly, sickness, age, and poor fitness have prevented us from having done anything to it all year ourselves, so Dave's work for us is a god send.
